CCM Tacks 9550 Junior Ice Hockey Pant

$49.99Price

CCM Tacks 9550 Hockey Pants are a great choice for the entry-level or recreational player. The key features to look out for in this pant are the PE (polyethylene) spine, external belt, and molded PE caps and foam in the thigh, hip, and kidney regions.

External Materials
The exterior is composed of a 210D nylon and polyester shell. These materials allow the shell to be durable and lightweight; ideal for the recreational player.

Thigh Protection
The CCM 9550 pants are anatomically fitted. This allows the thighs to be protected by molded PE foam and inserts.

Hip Protection
Like the thigh region, the hip and kidneys are also protected by molded PE caps. This material helps deflect impacts.

Spine Protection
The spine features an elevated PE insert back. This protector sticks up further on the pant and protects the tailbone and spine regions from impacts and or spills on the ice.

Belt/Lace Closure
With the Tacks 9550, you can customize how tight or loose you want the pant with CCMs internal belt and lace system.

Leg Zippers
The CCM Tacks 9550 pant does not offer an adjustable leg zipper for wider leg holes.

Player Pant Sizing

When sizing for player pants, preference will largely determine how loose the waist of the pants fit. Your pants should fit comfortably around you, and most people like the waist to fit snug, but not too tight. A pant should fit so the belt is sitting right above your hips and around your waist.

Pants come equipped with at least one belt or fastening system to help them secure to your waist. You want to make sure that they are comfortable but not too loose so that they shift or fall down as you move or skate.
